Internal Yield for Plain End OCTG

Barlow’s formula relates the internal pressure that pipe can withstand to its dimensions and the strength of its material.  This formula is commonly used to approximate the bursting pressure of pip due to ID pressurization.
P = (2*S*t)/(D*SF)

Where:
P = pressure (typically, pounds per square inch)
S = allowable stress (yield strength in PSI)
t = wall thickness (inches)
D = outside diameter (inches)
SF = safety factor (default set to 1.5)
